Just the one night, but a lovely experience all the same. Greeted by a complimentary bottle of wine and Rudi at the front desk who was delightful, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Berat was lovely. Breakfast very good.

The hotel is nice and the room was clean. The staff are friendly. Breakfast is served in a separate building. Unfortunately, the coffee machine is very poor — pressing the Americano button gives you only about 10 ml after a five-minute wait.
