A great hotel with some of the friendliest, most professional staff I have encountered. The room (I got an upgrade) had great views over the river and the room itself was excellent. Will definitely stay again on future visits to Istanbul.

The hotel is well located, just at walking distance from Istanbul amusement, but the most valuable of this hotel is its people. The perfect choice for a very comfortable and peaceful stay. The accommodations were clean and well appointed. Perfectly located near metro, ferry terminal and scores of shops and restaurants. All of the major historic landmarks in Old Town are within walking distance. The concierges were extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. A special thank you to Utkan for excellent restaurant recommendations and making sure that our stay in Istanbul was perfect.

Great location if you want to be right in the Sultanahmet area. Super close to multiple sites to visit but also far enough off the main road to not be too crazy. The staff were amazing and make sure that you have a good time. They were always ready to answer questions, give suggestions and help you find an itinerary or new place to eat.

A perfect finale to my Istanbul journey – truly beyond expectations. I initially booked this hotel because of the good reviews, but the actual experience far exceeded what I imagined. The atmosphere of the hotel was refined and elegant — a hidden gem that added a sense of calm luxury to the final days of my trip. Though I had originally booked a standard room without a window, I was generously upgraded to a room with a partial view of the Bosphorus — a small detail that made a big difference. What impressed me the most was the staff — incredibly gentle and attentive throughout. In particular, Uktan, the manager who assisted me from check-in to check-out, was truly outstanding. His thoughtful service and warm hospitality made me feel not like a guest, but like a valued friend. Thanks to this hotel, my last memory of Istanbul is filled with beauty and gratitude. I was however surprised to see that there was a tram station at the front of the property. I am very sensitive to noise and did not hear anything.

The hotel is located within walking distance to major attractions such as Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, and it is also close to the Galata Bridge. The location is very convenient, and the facilities are excellent. However, what impressed us the most was the kindness of the staff. Mr. Muhammet and Mr. Feyzo showed incredible care and attention to our family. We have never experienced such hospitality and attention at any other hotel. Their fantastic hospitality made our family's trip perfect. If we visit Istanbul again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.

This is a brand new hotel and we stayed before it was fully open. However we had a great stay. Staff were friendly and super helpful. Location is fantastic just behind the station and next to Metro. View from room is amazing across the harbor. Very quiet. Good air con. Comfortable beds. Great shower. Big tv. Everything we could have wished for. We would be very happy to stay again

Staff is at that perfect sweet spot of dignified and eagerly responsive to the slightest request. For example I got some take out nearby and as a visitor, I ordered wrong and assumed the food came warm, but you have to ask. So I goofed. I asked the hotel staff if I could use a microwave real quick, they immediately grabbed my food, took it to a nearby sister hotel, nuked it perfectly, and insisted upon delivering it to my room. I asked for a couple wine glasses and they again delivered right to my room. The younger guy at the main desk is way seasoned for his age and warm and helpful all day. We just LOVED IT. Best shower I’ve ever had at any hotel in my life.
