Overall rooms are fine it was relatively clean but in need of upgrades. The location is so ideal I wish that they were able to put more time and thought into the rooms and ammeities as there was a lack of kitchen supplies.

This was my first stay in Toronto and it could not have been better location wise for my needs. It was downtown but in a very quiet & safe area, had a convenient area for Uber to pick me up and drop me off at, and the surrounding area had a little bit of everything amenity wise. I will be staying here again when I find myself travelling to the GTA.

Amazing!

This condo was perfect for a peaceful, well-organized stay. The check-in instructions were clear, and the space was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Plus, the views from the 26th floor were stunning, and the location made it easy to access downtown within minutes, adding to the overall convenience!

It was our first time in Toronto. We couldn’t have picked a better place as far as location. We could walk everywhere had a beautiful corner street view of the city lights. Lots of places to shop or eat close by. The apartment we stayed in was perfect for us, clean, safe and comfortable. Communication with was quick and helpful when needed.Would definitely stay again.

Loved the view! 37th floor overlooking the harbour was incredible. Very quiet, we may as well have been the only ones on the floor, nor did we hear anyone above us. Was there for 3 days and were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend.

My stay at this property was great. It’s definitely a good place to book if you’re on a budget. The house was clean and well put together. The check in process was fairly easy and quick. I was only concerned with it not actually being a penthouse was more of a 2 bedroom condo. But overall it was still a nice stay. I would def cook this place again.

Neal was awesome and joe as well everything was immaculate in every manner from checking in to checking out very smooth but unfortunately i had to check out in 3 hours due to a family emergency so couldn’t enjoy it fully but always a next time i guess

Condo needs updating walls were dirty and a inch of dust on top of light in bathroom. Flooring has big gaps in it covered with carpet so for the price there is better places. Positive is good view of water and planes taking off from Billy Bishop airport

If having no spoons was the only issue…

PRO: Convenient downtown location. Walking distance to nearby shopping, grocery stores, Rogers Centre, attractions and waterfront. CONS: 1. Processing security deposit and not releasing detailed check-in information until just prior to arrival (same day). 2. Access to parking space in garage was with a key fob. However, the key fob wasn’t activating the parking garage; company didn’t fix despite multiple calls and appointment. We ended up paying for a public parking garage during our stay. 3. Service people entered apartment for dryer vent cleaning during our stay without prior notice from the management. 4. Unit management does not respond to questions and we were not allowed to contact concierge or risk losing cancellation of booking, which was nonrefundable. 5. Condition is not luxury accommodations as advertised: (a) 4th bedroom had an incomplete and shoddily-constructed wall with thin sheets of melamine and exposed 2x4s. Also the wall does not go to the ceiling, (b) door hinge on master bedroom door is not attached to door frame, (c) outside patio is not well-maintained due to tall weeds growing, (d) shower rod held in place with waded up paper towel. 6. No spoons provided.
