Not fancy but in good shape clean and comfortable beds. Rooms looked like they were recently updated. Outside was neat. Morning breakfast was nice. Only regret was the air conditioner could have been better. Great restaurant right across the street.

Even had mini fridge and microwave which was unexpected. Two minor negatives - some paper trash left in one ice bucket and no shampoo or conditioner in that room.

I saw that in the pool area, they had multiple grilling options for people to have cookouts on extended stays. The staff also is very friendly and approachable, and the owner G even took time to welcome me and ensure everything was good with my stay.

It is close to everything in Union Gap the mall good eating etc. would stay here again.
