Centralized to stores and restaurants. Easy driving, little traffic. Nice resort. The only down side was increased noise of the construction project during the day hours. I realize upgrades need to be done, but I was not informed of this when booking. A heads up would have been appreciated.

Excelent access to beach. Flagers Ave is great place to shop walk and dine nearby as well as downtown New Smyrna across bridge. Do need car but all resorts here require that

I liked how close to the beach it was! It was also close to a few restaurants and the room was spacious. Also affordable so that was nice! However we did not have shampoo or conditioner in the room, so make sure to pack some.

Very uncomfortable. Halls are dirty and smelly. Rooms are the same way. I didn't stay my two days. I couldn't stand it.

The outside and lobby were nice, the room ok. Bed was not the best and the room was only ok as far as being clean. Baseboards had hair and dirt on them. Bedding was old as were the towels. Things need to be updated. Windows are old. But it wasn’t terrible. Pool area very clean
