Great location on 7 mile, easy to walk to nearby restaurants and shops. Very modern and clean rooms, nice pool and generally a quiet area. Also relatively cheap compared to most places in Grand.

We were so excited to realize that we had an apartment in a great section of 7 mile beach. The building is relatively new and very, very nice and steps from the beach and the pool. The check in system is simple and we were relaxing almost immediately. So many weel thought out features!

Close to public transportation and a convenient hub for taxis. Helpful management and nice restaurant onsite for coffee, breakfast, and lunch. I would stay there again.
