Our stay at My Place Hotel in Henderson Nevada was exceptional! When we checked in Gabriel was so nice and was knowledgeable with questions about surrounding restaurants, etc. The rooms were spotless, quiet, comfortable and very reasonably priced. We would give them more than 5 stars if possible!

Really clean hotel

My Place Hotel is set off the main road and is more quiet. The area is clean and well kept. The front desk staff is very polite and it was an easy check-in. They are pet friendly and charge $30 for a pet. The room was very clean which made me feel like their housekeeping staff pays attention and does a great job. The bathroom was spacious and came with all of the amenities. The kitchenette was spotless and came with all the essential appliances. They serve hot coffee at the front desk 24 hours a day and it’s really good. Very simple front area layout but the hotel has an outside seating area. We would definitely stay again.

My Place was a new experience. I’m always looking for a hotel with kitchenettes and this one had a decent one. Stove top, refrigerator, microwave. One unfortunate thing is that it’s byoe (bring your own everything) nothing is supplied. No plates, pans, utensils, etc.. it was very clean, the staff was nice, comfortable beds and pillows.

Refreshing for Vegas area.

Our flight from Vegas was delayed a day, so I booked this hotel. My wife was very nervous going from the Bellagio to the My Place Hotel. After getting there, she quickly said, “I’d rather stay here than the Bellagio!” It was new looking, clean, no smoking, full kitchenette with a full sized fridge/freezer. You know, a place you could stay in for days without having to buy every meal from an overpriced restaurant/casino/hotel? We were happy.

Everything I needed

Very nice front desk associates. Room was clean and neat. Having a full size fridge, microwave and hot plate to store and prepare food was a pleasant surprise and very convenient. Bed was soft and comfortable, pillows were full and were both firm and plushy. Bathroom clean, though a little small, one person would be ok but very tight for two. The view from my window could have been better but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself, the view was a yard of rental construction cranes and other equipment (it was a bit humorous actually). Lobby was neat and provided morning coffee and had a little area for snacks and personal items for sale as well as cookware. Over all great stay, I slept well and was able to come and go easily. I would come back again….actually I am next month!

Not Yet Ready

Biggest complaint is that they feature "kitchenette" as a selling point, but there are NO dishes, glasses/cups, cutlery, pots or pans, or utensils of any type. Just empty cupboards and drawers. You may purchase some things in the lobby (e.g. $2 for a single fork, $15 for a low-quality skillet, etc.). This is a huge miss! The reception staff is still learning the ropes and made several errors during the time I was waiting in the lobby to check in (~15 minutes). Noise between the rooms was very loud: I could hear the entire phone conversation of the person next door, as well as loud music (from either the parking lot or another room) at 11pm. Overall, the place was clean and in good (new) condition. It is a budget motel with budget furnishings and few amenities. When I booked it, I thought I was getting a great deal, but after staying there, I think I got what I paid for.
