The room was not clean and paint is peeling off the walls in the p bathroom. This place has construction and one can not sleep in the morning, mid day or afternoon. The area is surrounded by my many homeless people. I definitely do not recommend it.

Location of the hotel is good. just 5 minutes from shopping Unicentro. basic problem with the hotel is that the owner is not taking further interest in this property. They made it once in good shape and after that continuously it is deteriorating. breakfast is okay, rooms are spacious, internet speed is slow, staff at the reception is amateur and need lot of experience to handle clients. maybe staff should be paid more to get experience staff at the reception.

Not a hotel, you are renting a disaster.

This hotel does not rate even one star. We prepaid for 5 nights and it was so bad the first day that we left even though we didn't have another hotel booked. There were no towels, no soap, no hot water, and the shower curtain was so short that that taking a cold shower covered the bathroom floor with water. The breakfast was terrible. No choice just what they served: old dry white bread, a very small portion of scrambled eggs, 1 cup of coffee, and old fruit. Horrble. I asked to get a refund on our last 4 days but was told that they would not do that because we booked on hotels.com. I am hoping that hotels.com will give me a refund. Do not waste your time with this hotel it sucks.

Las cobijas no estaban lavadas, olian a que ya habia tenido uso, las sabanas tenian cabellos y no olian a limpio, el colchon ya tenia hueco del uso, la ventana no cerraba bien y hubo mucho ruido de carros toda la noche, el telefono y los controles muy sucios, pedi a recepcion un telefono para pedir domicilio y me dijeron que debia bajar para que me dieran el número, no te dan toalla para el piso del baño, tampoco para las manos en el baño, solo dos jabones pequeños y ya; para el desayuno solo te preguntan por cual bebida prefieres, por lo demas, te traen el desayuno a gusto del hotel, no te preguntan como quieres los huevos, tampoco si quieres mermelada dulce encima de la galleta, en fin.

Fiz minha reserva para tratamento médico onco e me deram um quarto péssimo, com vazamentos de água no box e pia do banheiro e pir 2 vezes fiquei sem banho por falta de água quente. Nunca mais volto a hospedarme neste MOTEL, que se diz Hotel. À noite vi mulheres sebtadasnas escadarias entre os pisos em promiscuidades com homens que não eram hóspedes. Deplorável!!!
