Although we didn't see any staff as it is done through an email with code to the room, it was dead easy and worked exceptionally well. Beautiful location and place to stay. Would love to live there. The property is only about three minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and was great for the price! There were plenty of amenities that made it comfortable, including hot tubs, a gas fireplace in our room, and a clubhouse with plenty of games. Our only problem was that there was a distinct fish odor in our room throughout our stay.

Great place and SO close to the rocky mountains. Felt super safe and the room was very clean. AC works great and whenever we had a question, the kind woman we texted (same person that texts you at check in) was always responding within seconds. Fantastic town and really made our stay special.

This is a great place to stay very easy and close to Rocky mountains. My only complaint is the cottage really wasn’t very clean. Some very long black hairs on the kitchen counter and the floor didn’t feel like it had been mopped in months. The bedding was clean and bathroom clean. Great location! The hot tub was nice but needed chemicals still overall a very nice property!

The hot tub on the patio was amazing, clean, and perfect temp. The full kitchen was great. I read others who said hot water issues but we had perfect hot water every shower. Check in was easy and my texts were always immediately answered. No ice on property so we just grabbed a bag for the freezer. Our room had a spa tub in the bathroom too but we didn’t use it. Bed was comfortable. It’s a mountain town so we expected the dated decor. Very spacious place.

Excellent house for family of all ages for a wedding at Della Terra up the street! Very worn and dated but excellent beds, size, multiple gatherings spots great Murphy bed. My 30 year old son slept on pull out couch that was very uncomfortable with a thin mattress with bars ( old fashioned kind) but all the space , great large kitchen and beautiful deck facing deer mountain fantastic!! We had a great time!!! And appreciate the kind / clean service. Ease in getting PIN number prior to arriving- did pay $75 for early entrance at 2:00.. as wedding was at 4:15… thanks so much. Will visit again- for sure!!
