Get Away

Room was great, just what we reserved. Clean, bed was comfortable. The sliding glass doors however didn't slide either way (need some work or replaced) although we were on the 3rd floor, reasonably safe, there was no way to lock the sliders (parts of lock missing). Breakfast Friday morning I was wishing I was somewhere else, and I'm normally not a picky person. The biskets were hard hard, the sausage links may have been from the day before, the hashbrowns (potatoe pattys) a little burnt and the gravey was COLD, did someone turn off the slow cooker? My waffle turned out good (fake butter) but good. No yogurt, there was cold cereal and coffee was hot I do understand that the hotel is reopening after being closed for a while...I guess it will depend on what your expectations are...

I stayed here a couple of years ago and it was so-so but it has really improved the rooms have been remodeled and its very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I lost my phone while there and they were great and helped me find it. The Pool was closed but it is winter. I will definitely stay again.
