Excellent place to stay.

This hotel's cleanliness is superior to most. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is large and equipped with a full sized refrigerator, stove, washing machine and dryer together with a microwave. Spacious cupboards and very comfortable beds. Close to eating places. Excellent value for your money. Definitely recommend.

Horrible hotel. As we walked in the building , it smelled like Marijuana and garbage. Residents hanging out in the lobby with their children. The room was nice but the smell was disgusting. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Gross sofa bed

I booked a room for 4 adults and 1 baby. The room I paid for had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The unit was ok BUT the sofa bed was disgusting. It has rest of food and insects. We arrived late that night so there was nothing they could do . My husband had to sleep on the floor that night . They should get rid of that sofa bed asap.

The hotel was unclean: hair on countertops, soiled couch, bloody stain on bathtub, strange smell. Customer service unsatisfactory. We had to leave. Hotel claimed we stayed and refused to fully refund us, despite saying we would be refunded after contacting Hotels.com. Please save your time and money by not coming here. You will be better off paying some more at another hotel.

Get what you pay for

The services was ok and the room was clean but we had 2 nights without air-conditioning and our phone did not work in our room to get a hold of receptionists, so we had to send our son down everytime we needed something. So for yhe price range it was very resonable so if your good with no air and phone service then this is a good place to stay.

I stayed for 4 nights and it was very comfortable, and if i needed anything the staff at the front desk would get it for me in minutes. Its a bit far from downtown toronto but for the price you pay its a bargin.
