The Casa Sobe was a perfect stay. It is very basic and clean, it is in a good area close to things, including a few minute walk to the beach, and seemed safe. It is really nice to have a reasonably priced option for somewhere that you can just get the basics- clean and safe.

It’s an automated hotel so don’t expect hotel service, but for what it is Casa SOBE was great, the room is big, clean, bathroom is nice, and has everything you need! One negative is you can’t leave bags there but they allowed me to check in early so I didn’t need to. Bed and pillows were really comfy!

My room was nice, clean. I loved the balcony view. I loved that the room was spacious. A great A.c unit due to Miami weather. I was very comfortable with our stay @ Casa Sobe. I most definitely would stay again at Casa Sobe my next trip back to Miami. Try this hotel you’ll love it!!!

Excellent property. I love the fact that there's no carpet in the room i stayed. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. Everything is walkable distance to everything..restaurant, the beach tops it all..we definitely book this place whenever i come back to miami .the only thing i think it need improvement is the shower door. It half door for the shower, which doesn’t stop the water at all. I had to put towels to stop water from going out of the shower area.. I will recommend this property.

I love automation and the concept in hotels eliminates wait times for check in, and staffing shortages. The downside is you may not be able to check your bags, there’s not a lobby or restaurant to relax or socialize in. It’s very economical, convenient and comfortable way to travel. If you don’t enjoy interacting with other people, or you enjoy more privacy, automated hotels like Casa Sobe, Casa Sofi, and Casa Ocean are amazing. The interactions I had with the staff, cleaning, and via phone/chat were pleasant and professional. My only complaint was that I prefer a HOT shower and the water temperature was technically hot, but not enough to produce much steam. I love the minimalist decor, it was very relaxing.

Great hotel everything is new The only thing is inconvenient is there is NO FRONT DESK if you arrived early you dont have a place to store your luggage. But it not a big deal YOU CAN USE BOUNCE. COM where you can store you stuff if you arrived early .there are many location in south beach I USED THE ONE AT ZOCEAN HOTEL right across the street it very easy and it inly cost me 10 buck i just dropped it off go to the beach came back at 3pm punching in the code and go to my room

Room was gorgeous, spacious, had many amenities and was in the heart of everything however there was a few major negatives. 1. Elevator was out for the entire duration of the stay. This was an extremely difficult impairment for me as I recently dealt with an Achilles injury, and two flights of steep stairs was not easy to get through. 2. WiFi does not work, and there is little to no cell service in the building. Though I called multiple times to attempt to resolve this, it was never fixed.
