Front office lack basic training
Terrible hospitality. A girl from reception rang up to come to reception to clear dinner bill. She knew very well we are staying another night at Resort. She still wanted me to clear last night dinner bill immediately. Resort has my 40 lakh car standing in your parking. There is no way I can runaway without paying bill. Height of rediculousness. Very petty behaviour. Front staff lack basic guest sensitivity. I had two reservations back to back .... reception knows that very well. Have asked to meet the GM .... let me see if he meets me. Ruined full stay. I rate the stay TERRIBLE.
