Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast cafe area is clean with a good variety of food to start the day. The Metro stop, Casa da Musica, is a 10 minute walk from the hotel but make sure you get directions as the Metro hub does not have very good signage to direct one. This same stop is close to a grocery store, Metrodona.

I needed a one night stay in Lisbon as I was arriving late. This hotel fitted the bill. Staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and the hotel was very close to the Metro for access to airport,trains and city attractions.

We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located ojust outside the tourist hotspots of Porto but all are easy accessible by the nearby Metro stations and around a 30 minute walk. Breakfast was average but sufficient. The only slight niggle was the shower pressure was a bit low.

Hotel itself was clean, but there was a foul odor everywhere. It can be very noisy, either from heavy traffic in the front or the metro in the back. The bed was nice and clean. Good thick towels. The shower was really nice. It’s a shame there was no refrigerator in the room.

The property was very clean,tidy and quiet, the staff were really amazingly helpful & friendly, soeaks English too. Breakfast was good, the guest had a lot of choice to choose from cereal to fruits and continental. It is accessible to major tranaport like buses, metro.taxi or uber. Bar is ooen at certain time at night where you can relax after a long day of sight seeing. I though having the concept of "forget itt" was very thoughtful and personal touch..it means If you forget a toothbrush, toothpaste or a disposable shaver just the reception they will provide you with one. Overall I could highly recommend this properry to anyone even for a ahort or longer visit

The hotel is well located, which was a plus. Not in the city center but in a safe area. However, as part of a hotel chain, I expected a higher level of service. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor, and the air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly. When I contacted the front desk, I was told that no one was available to assist me and that a note would be left for the next day — but I was checking out the following morning, so that wasn’t helpful. I travel frequently for both work and leisure with my family, and I rarely leave negative feedback. However, I believe service is a key part of any hospitality experience, and in this case, it fell short.

The room was clean and as promised. For one person it was quite large but it would have been absolutely fine for a couple. The addition of the couch in the room meant there was tons of space that wasn't just bed/desk like in many hotels. The SmartTV was also nice as it meant I was not limited to local TV/Portuguese stations. (A huge bonus as an international guest) The included breakfast was quite nice and the area it was served in was clean. I would have appreciated better/more accurate signs (including allergens/ingredients) for some of the offerings, but this is a small complaint which did not really detract from my visit. The offerings were standard but of a reasonably high quality. This hotel is a little outside the city center but is easily reached with the tram. I was transferring over Casa de Musica (not the station most often recommended by Google/Apple Maps) but found the walk between the hotel and this station much more pleasant. There is also a grocery store near the hotel for any little needs which was a huge added bonus. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this hotel :)

Decent hotel, rooms for improvement for F&B

The hotel is in good condition. The breakfast/dining area is nicely organized as well. The room is a bit on the smaller side though so we are lucky we packed light. The kettle was quite tiny, I mean it looks cute for sure but could be bigger. The breakfast was so-so. While breakfast starts from 7:30 to 10:30am on weekdays and 7:30 to 11:30am on weekends, we were surprised that the warm breakfast items already ran out around 9am and the supposedly warm food was cold at times. The best item was the veggies, we love it a lot but you have to get there early because it always runs out! We are gutted that we didn’t get the chance to try out the hotel’s restaurant during our stay. We initially planned to try it out on Saturday night but we only found out the restaurant was closed that evening… I think communication could have been better. Overall, the reception and housekeeping staffs are pleasant and helpful. There was one housekeeping staff in particular (not sure about her name) but she always has a big smile on her face and was so cheerful, it was refreshing to see!
