No frills, quiet place

It’s an older hotel, room was very spacious, no frills, which we knew upon booking. Just needed a clean, quiet, safe place to sleep for the night. Hotel clerk was friendly & very responsive in helping us out.

The shower and rooms need to be upgraded. Tv volume only goes to 36..which we could barely hear all nite..even with heater turned off. The towels were stained and we only had 1 set.

Bad Management

Front desk person and management are so rude they ask me to leave because we were 3 persons on 1 bed room, i ask to upgrade for a 2 bed room and i will pay the difference and they dont wanted they want me to pay the full amount for the 2 beds and that I'm going to loose what I pay already, obviously I don't accept it and I leave the motel, very bad experience dont stay in there bad service.

Rooms are dirty. Nothing works: the TV, our microwave, the laundry, lighting in bathroom is a big dirty open hole, the shower pressure is a drizzle. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I would NOT recommend this place!

Homeless Hotel

Homeless Hotel, NEVER stay here! The city pays for homeless to stay here. Tour family would not be safe. STAY AWAY! Description should tell you this is a hotel for homeless and not a normal place to stay.

The amenities where not available like the laundry didint work that was an inconvenience the pool is not available! Pillows are old ! And flat blankets are old ! There was no phone working in the room in case of an emergency call ! The hair dryer was not in working condition

Do not stay here, it was terrible. Our room was not clean and smelled bad.The shower did not work, nor did the sink. We checked in at 3:15pm (check in is at 3pm) and were told our room was not ready and would not be for half an hour. I had to ask if there were any other rooms that were ready. After waiting for them to check they gave us a room that was indeed ready, but it was scary. The entire property looked like it hadn't been updated in decades. We will not stay there again.

Regency Inn Norco

Regency inn doesnt provide drinking water so i had to walk to the gas station across the street to get a bottle of water, which really didnt bother me i like to go for walks anyway. They're really strict about visitors being invited to the rooms without the front desk knowing about it and im totally cool with that. Overall i always get the cheapest room there and my stay is always pleasent, no problems.

The TV it was not working, someone was to trying to open my room , AC/ Heather was not working and the receptionist she was rude, I was going to stay two nights but I couldn’t it was unsafe for my family. I would never go back there, it’s was wasting of my money and you had to push the door hard for it to open and it was broken.

The refrigerator was not on and the control knob was missing. The coffee maker was plugged into an extension cord strip that kept blowing the fuse when the coffee maker was turned on. Went to get ice in the morning since the fridge didn’t work and the ice machine was not working. They had no breakfast or even coffee in the lobby available in the morning. While the hot water in the shower was good the water pressure was not.

Your prices are too high for what you are offering

For the high price, a hotel owner could not possibly spend less money on his operation. Their was hair in the shower walls. The refrigerator wasnt cold and was literally falling apart. The bathroom and sink lights had timers that lasted 10 seconds. You can imagine how annoyed that is. There were no outlets on the bed side of the room. The hangers dont come off the rack and they were covered in dust. It was not a good experience.

Unbelievable In the hospitality industry

I suspect that it was the manager or the owner who was at the front desk. No people skills whatsoever! Choice of words tone completely off. Instead of Playing his role as front desk, manager, owner, And REGENCY employee he acted like a jail warden. Right away telling me the things I cannot do if like I were to do them! How very dare him to Emphasize on such speculations! Instead of starting out with a basic warm welcome and at least a half smile on his face, he receives me with only such rude ridiculous comments! Lets get real here; I’m not expecting red carpet service from Regency Inn but I do expect decent Basic customer service with RESPECT. I’m spending almost $100 for one night and it should be at least basic! Comes across unhappy And wishy-washy when it comes to the security deposit. At one time it was one amount and then it changed. Nothing consistent makes me doubt his Credibility especially under that first impression he gave! I’m not trying to stereotype here but this is very typical! And I’m sick and tired of running across that !
