It would have been nice to know that the hotel is in the middle of a huge remodel. Noise, dust, mess, no lobby, meager breakfast...what a disappointment. We have stayed here before, and this time we were intown for a family funeral. Between our 2 rooms and other family members, we had at least 5 rooms. When we asked if there was somewhere family could sit and visit, since there was no lobby, we were offered a conference room for over $200. The elevators were a mess, tons of noise, and old furniture and mattresses all over the front of the property.
We choose our hotels based on several things, and breakfast and pet friendly are 2 major categories. There was very little breakfast (and nowhere to eat it), and I'm glad our dog was not with us this time. She would have never gotten any sleep. We definitely wont be back, and knowing that Hotels.com doesn't know about thing ljke this, its going to be difficult to trust future bookings.
