The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice, the check in receptionist (Dana I think) was super friendly. The only reason I rated it a little lower was because of the water pressure, when I needed to shower the pressure was a trickle of a stream coming out. It took over 20 minutes of running the water for the pressure to increase - which wasn’t ideal as the morning of was super busy.

When we checked in, no one was at the desk. The person working was not welcoming or friendly. Barely communicated with us the basic check in information. We thought there was a restaurant in the hotel but found out the bar only served a pizza. Just not a very welcoming hotel. It was clean, modern & the room was comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the condition and quality of the hotel based on the price. Our only issue was temperature, the common areas were very warm and our room never cooled down fully. It was June so I know the system was working hard, but we run hot so temperature is very important.

The room was clean and the shower was good. The $12 charge for microwaved eggs with a couple of sausages seemed a little over priced as in most hotels that I go to during traveling include a free breakfast. I think if I was going to Council Bluffs again I would stay somewhere else.
