Our stay here was great. We were made to feel welcome and the staff were very helpful when we needed them. We had a deluxe double room which was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the old town one way and 15 minutes from a big shopping centre the other. The spa facilities were OK, the jacuzzi was a good size. We had breakfast and the choices were OK, enough for us. The bar had a reasonable selection of drinks but we didn't eat in the restaurant. On return to Brasov would definitely stay here again.

The place to stay in Brasov Romania

This place is amazing. The room was clean and spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful in providing service during your stay. This hotel is perfectly located for one to do sightseeing. Most of Brasov top places to see is only an 10 - 20 minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel.

Recommend this place without any reservations.

The hotel has a good location for walking around and grocery stores, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend using the restaurant in the hotel as the food is absolutely delicious and portions are large. Menu is varied and has something for everyone..The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The room we had, a family suite had parking included and it is onsite. The view was fantastic at night.

We were very pleased with the front desk staff who were very helpful, and the Hotel had its own unique vibe. Now maybe we got them at a bad time but the dinner service in the restaurant the night we stayed there needed improvement.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Twice we arrived at the restaurant at the last minute and they served us anyway. Breakfast is great. Easy walk to old town. Note that some rooms are A/C and some are not and some rooms are on the 4th floor with only stairs. Not a big deal for me, but others may need to book carefully. I would stay there again. On site parking was helpful.

Mis-leading advertising

Location of hotel was good as was the room. The breakfast was of a high standard. We found the reception staff somewhat offhanded that did not set the scene well. We were also very disappointed not to be able to use the spa area because we were staying the 3 star part of the property. Nowhere on the website does it indicate that the wellness centre is not available to the 3 star section - mis leading advertising.
