We loved the position of the hotel- so central. It was modern and well designed rooms- on the small side but very comfortable. The bathrooms need somewhere to hang towels and a tea towel would be useful to have for the kitchenette. We loved the get-together in the evening where we could have a drink and meet fellow guests. Wonderful stay, excellent staff and a very clean hotel. They also made it special by providing a green balloons decorated in the bedroom because my nephew loves the hulk. Thank you very much will be staying again for sure.

Fantastic stay, no complaints at all. Building itself is lovely and the rooms very comfortable. If you're as lucky as we were to get a room on the top floor at the front of the building you will also get some amazing views up over the firth of forth. Staff were excellent as well, every single one of them couldn't do enough for us and are well deserving of praise. Would definitely recommend this place and would be more than happy to stay there again on my next visit to Edinburgh
