Needs Improvement
This is a newer hotel so everything is pretty modern. I didnt give it full stars because the water pressure in the shower was very low and the room was not clean. The floor was sticky, you could tell they didnt wipe the desk/table because it had stains on it and bottle wash bottle was empty.

Poor operations good hotel.
Stay was great Iwas happy however there was a $75 hold for incidentals we were not aware of untill we checked In. This was still ok but we were told it would be released In 5 days. It has been 8 and they still have not released It. That is poor operations in my opinion.

While the beds were comfortable there were various items in the room broken or needing attention; the toilet handle was broken, bed lights did not work, the volume of the tv remote didn’t work, the water pressure was low in the shower, the keurig didn’t work and the bathroom door was very noisy. Overall we were inconvenienced.
