Friendly service, clean and comfy room. Walking distance to supermarket and dining. Great location for my visit to the Arid Lands Botanical Gardens. The air-con was rather noisy though and the curtains weren't able to completely block the spotlights outside all night.

Lady at check in was lovely and the room was very clean although quite dated. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Lovely hot shower with excellent watwr pressure. Only issue was the very noisy neighbours and the road noise. Would have liked a bed side table on both sides of the bed and maybe a bedside lamp.

Lady at desk was so helpful and friendly , room was very clean air con worked even had biscuits in room tea coffee facility, I stayed alone as an older lady I felt safe security gates are locked at night , think of staying there for a week maybe next time ,

Rooms were on the small side, the position of the bed meant the person sleeping on the wall side had to duck under the shelf holding the T.V. to get into bed otherwise they would strike that shelf.

Super friendly owners who are trying very hard to welcome everyone and provide a quality stay. They are the loveliest people and genuinely caring about their guests. The building is tired and sound does carry, but for the price it’s a good option.

Well done Poinsettia!

Well laid out and renovated almost successfully. Good number of power points though that near bedside is loose on wall. Good bench in bathroom and generous accessories. Needs good reading lamps on both bedsides. Needs an opening window with crimsafe screen.

Only issue was the door rattles in the wind, but a bag up against it and was fixed. Just needs a bit of the felt sticky surround put on the door jam. Clean, tidy, quiet, good value. I'll be back.
