I had a great stay at Sapa Yen. The hotel is a great escape from the hustle of bustle of the main tourist area at Sapa station. The staff and their service are excellent. I had the room with the Mountainview overlooking the railroad to Fansipan. I will stay here again and would highly recommend to everyone!

The Sapa Yen si very nice hotel to stay in Sapa area, very nice view, very nice people, very nice food. Over all the stay in hotel is very very much okay and i will rebook again if i will be back in sapa.

This hotel is underrated but has one of the best views from the room and from the restaurant where you can see the mountain view with the monorail passing. The hotel serves breakfast with local cusine (one of the best pho I've tried) but also has selection of foreign breakfast everything was so good. Also all the staff were very friendly and prodfessionals ready to help us with our needs. Thank You Yen Sapa hotel, we'll surely be back here if we happen to be in Sapa again! Highly reccomended!

Everything was just perfect!

My stay there was wonderful. Room was extremely clean and tidy. Air and atmosphere were both nice. Although it was foggy during my stay, I can imagine how you could see the beautiful mountain view through the big windows in the room. Staffers were friendly. Breakfast provided in the restaurant next to it was tasty. Egg coffee is a must try. Everything was just perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at Sapa Yen Hotel! The view from the room was breathtaking. Sun in the reception was amazing, she was really nice and helpful. Sun served us breakfast in our room in the morning when we slept in late and also helped us book the bus for our next destination. We felt really welcome and would really recommend this hotel when you visit Sapa!

Surprisingly unpleasant

I appreciated the ability to check in super late and the hospitality, but my sheets smelled like cigarettes, the only form of heating was an AC unit that didn’t warm the room enough (air was too weak), and the hot water only lasted 10 mins. before having to wait for it to warm up. The staff were friendly and very polite but the condition of the hotel is a bit rundown. Nothing against the staff; the owner should pay more attention to conditions and comfort of the guests.

A room with balcony and the best view

We stayed for 3 nights at Sapa Yen Hotel. The first night I can't sleep because of the loud banging from guests at the room above us. I messaged the property and the issue was resolved immediately. The hotel staffs are very accomodating, friendly and helpful. We had free breakfast and the breakfast is one we wouldn't miss everyday. The restaurant below Mam Restaurant had a wide variety of menu you can choose from. And most of all the hotel and resto have one of the best view of Sapa and you can see the funicular almost every 3 mins coming to and from Fansipan. The reception also was very helpful with directions and helped us booked a bus going back to Hanoi. Overall we had a great stay and would highly recommend with friends and family. Thank you so much Sapa Yen Hotel for a great Sapa experience.

この宿泊施設の良いところはいくつかありますが、まずサパ中心部に歩いてすぐ行けることです。ほぼ平坦な道なので、歩きやすいです。他には①部屋からの景観の良さ、②見晴らしの良いレストラン併設で便利、③スタッフが常駐しており何でも快く素早く対応してくれた、④部屋の清潔さが挙げられます。 朝食込みでしたが、メニューから2品も好きなものが選べて大満足でした！ 強いて言うならシャワールームにシャンプーなどの置くところがあれば尚よいです。 全体的にはコストパフォーマンスが素晴らしいので強くお勧めします。
