Property had a great & convenient location, just minutes from downtown. Property owners are super friendly and helpful, and also have an amazing restaurant and several businesses just downstairs. Would highly recommend staying here upon return.

The property itself was very nice but the location felt a bit far from everything, nothing crazy but was past the bridge

This was a great property for staying and exploring Sayulita. It is walking distance to the beach but not ON the beach.

The place was safe, busy area. Motorcycles run it up-and-down all night if it wasn't for that, it would have been a lot better.

This is a great no-frills hotel. It sits on the Main Street in Sayulita and has a bank, coffee shop, cigar shop, and taco place downstairs. It’s extremely walkable with several farmers markets, restaurants, shopping, and the beach all within a 5-10 minute walk.

Overall a good place for your money. It’s in a great location. Super easy checkin and checkout. It’s not the cleanliest in all areas but not bad by any means. It’s modern and has a nice patio. A little loud but you will get that anywhere in Sayulita

I would definitely recommend, the staff it’s super nice, the location is amazing (On the Main Street), the room was simple but clean and functional, they have a big terrace you can hang in, they also offer free drinkable water (cold or hot). If you stay you need to try the tacos downstairs and the tiny restaurant right across the street (both are delicious)

My family of 4 had a happy time, the room was clean and spacious, and the shared kitchen area was well-equipped. Carmen communicated promptly and didn't mind us checking in an hour or so early. The 8-minute walk to the beach is ok, though it's 15 minutes to get to where there are no rocks or stones underfoot in the sea.
Though the place is excellent value for money, it has a rustic quality: the bathroom door doesn't close easily; the toilet is one of those 90s models (common in cheap Mexican hotels) that can't handle toilet paper, so you have to drop it into a bin, and the seat tends to slide off the rim when you're sitting on it; the kitchen patio roof is built too low for anyone who's 6 feet tall (I hit my head several times); and the pool is the smallest I've ever seen, ok for a dip to cool off but nothing more.

beautifully decorated minimal style room with mini fridge, cold AC, and drinking water available for guests. nice bath products. there is not free parking but there is a parking lot behind the hotel with discounted spots for guests (inquire at checkin). checkin/front desk location was not obvious; it’s inside the cigar bar downstairs. popular taqueria and breakfast spots just below rooms as well. would 10/10 stay here again.

Don’t stay here, it’s not good.
If you are looking for a peaceful, comfortable place don’t stay here, the bed is hard as a rock, you are on the busiest street in Sayulita and it is very noisy all night long, the room reminds me of a jail cell with its concrete floor and painted brick walls, the tv never worked, you can hear the people in the next room. This place is perfect if you want a room for a couple hours just to do bad things. The only positive point was the room was clean.

Good location it's close to the beach and restaurants, etc.
DOWNSIDES:
1) THE WIFI IS SLOW-NON FUNCTIONING AT TIMES. That's not acceptable.
2) The shower leaks into the toilet area even if you've closed the shower curtain properly so you're left with cleaning duties in your trip.
