I stayed at this Hotel, whenever I had biz trip. However, they dont consider their royalty customers. I asked rate check out, but never allowed till 2 oclock, just 1 pm. That'it... I can get rate check out till 1 pm from any hotel...and morning time, i drunk a cup of water besides check in counter, one crew is comming to me and said i cant drink water because it is one of breakfast. Normally i can drink at this area as welcome drink. I said sorry....i rhink crew can explain gently if i was erong, but i felt very shameful
