The staff are highly professional and polite. The hotel room and facilities were clean and organized. When an issue arose, they took care of it promptly. The hotel is located near many bars, restaurants and many points of interest. I will definitely return!

Ended up not staying here as the room was not clean. I would not even sit on the as it was dirty, so was the kitchen counters, walls, and microwave. Lighting is poor in the room as well.

This place deserves a 5 star for it a lovely hotel run by friendly staff. I give it a 3 star because of the noise. My room faced a very busy street with a constant stream of traffic noise day and night. Hence sleep even with earplugs was impossible for me. I recommend bringing superior noise cancelling headphones or something of the sort. Other than the noise it is a great place to stay!!!

The hotel itself is very cute, it has a nice colourful style and things seem in good condition. The people who work there were very friendly and helpful. They also gave us free beer at check in and had bottled water and a snack in the room which is really sweet and nice. The room also came equipped with an electric stove and you can borrow pots and pans and dishware from them if you want to cook. The location isn't bad, it's kind of at the edge but close enough and walkable. The main problem is the noise, we had a room facing a busy street and it was incredibly loud all hours of the day. It's like having the window open all the time even with it shut. We were very unfortunate to get sick from a restaurant nearby and had to stay in the hotel for two days straight and it made the rest not very comfortable because it was so loud all the time. I would only recommend if you can get a room not facing the street

The hotel is very well located, everything you could want is within close walking distance. The neighbourhood is thriving, and there are a lot of good spot for dinner and drinks. The room was much larger than anticipated. The bed was comfortable, and the wifi worked well. Hot water was not an issue, it took a bit first thing in the morning, but not unusual for Mexico. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only downside would be that it is located on a very busy street, and there is street noise. Living in a large city, I'm used to this, but it might be something to consider when booking. Try to make sure to have a room in the courtyard. I would personally not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Es un lugar súper bien ubicado, me pareció limpio, las habitaciones están equipadas con cocineta, microondas y refrigerador para estancias más largas o si quieres preparar tu comida y todo el personal de servicio con el que interactúe fue amable y atento. Lo único es que al estar a pie del circuito interior había el ruido normal de una avenida principal y algo de vibración en el edificio, fuera de eso todo excelente.
