Daniel the concierge was so friendly & helpful. Upgraded us to a nice room & turned on the fire 🔥 pit for us so we could enjoy sitting outside with the help of the bartender & bought us some sodas when he saw us bring a pizza 🍕 back to our hotel room. He was so helpful & answering questions we had.He definitely deserves a raise for the great customer service alone.

Aloft hotel was a pleasant stay. The location is centered around many shopping stores and restaurants. There is a security guard on site and it is a safe family location. Our Lady of the Lake was only a10 minute drive, but no traffic going to and back. The Zoo is close and North Star mall is nearby.
