Nice place with super friendly staff. The swimming pool is excellent and the breakfast is super good. Kind of noisy at night with strong firework at the public beach. The bed sheets were not perfectly clean, but the customer relations manager Mrs Ayu was super nice and provided us with a brand new bedsheets set.

The staff are the hotel’s saving grace—friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive. The location is unbeatable: steps from the beach, bars, and the lively Kuta scene (though the noise can be relentless). Unfortunately, the rooms feel stuck in the late‑80s/early‑90s. The mattress is dented, bedding stained, only one nightstand with no bedside power outlet, and both the armchair and office chair are darkened and dirty. The bathroom’s shower overflows at the slightest touch, and overall wear and tear is evident. Bottom line: great service and prime location, but the facilities are far below a true five‑star standard. If you can tolerate dated, poorly maintained rooms, it works as a convenient, noisy base for a night before a flight.

The hotel is super clean, the staff are amazing especially the restaurant manager - he will go out of his way to make sure everything and everyone are happy. The pool is amazing and anyone with kids should stay here for the pool facilities. I am not normally a hotel person but this hotel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast in the morning has a good range of food.
