The thermal springs were so relaxing. Elegant style but the place didn't feel stiff or stuck-up. Staff was incredibly kind and always went the extra mile. Relaxing, calm atmosphere. Peaceful and tranquil in the heart of Arenal
The most amazing experience. This is actually the 2nd time I have stayed here. The first was 8 years ago and I decided to come back. The staff is phenomenal. The pools are glorious. Everything is so clean and I couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful hotel. And the best part, no kids!
