Great hotel for family of five, great breakfast!

Loved this hotel, the location and breakfast service were both superb! We're a family of five, and not only did they have a room with beds for all five of us, but they had the beds all set up and ready for us. Also appreciated the in-room kitchenette. Highly recommend.

A lovely family stay

We stayed as a family in a 5 person family room. This is a great option if you have 3 kids. We had a very nice stay at Scandic Malmo City. The room was spacious and clean. Our favorite part was the free breakfast. For the cost of the room, There were so many options to choose from and they were awesome accommodating food allergies for gluten or dairy. The lounge area does have limited food service but it’s quite limited so don’t expect a normal restaurant except for the breakfast. You have to “book” a breakfast time and room cleanings. My advice is, if you have flexibility, book your breakfast when more spots are open since it will be less crowded. Great location in the city. It’s easily walkable to many things to do in Malmo.

Nedgånget, slitet men likväl dyrt såsom de flesta Scandic är. Dubbelsäng endast 140 cm bred och vansinnigt högljudd automatisk icke avstängningsbar takfläkt. Medtag hörselproppar! Skräp kvar i snuskiga sopbägaren i rummet. Sjukhuskänsla. Trångt med likväl stora garderober istället för öppna hängare. Täcket stack fram och hade gula fläckar. Mycket kvalster i kudden =riktigt gamla kuddar. Dyr parkering om 250 kr/dag. Fantasilös frukost med trätta värdinnnor som hellre stod och snackade med varandra än att plocka undan. Undvik detta hotell.

Stort værelse, men har mangler

Stort rummeligt værelse. Ældre af udseende. En masse vinduer, men kun et der kunne åbnes og så kun lidt på klem. Der lugtede indelukket og der kunne godt have været brugt for en udluftning, hvilket var svært. Det ene håndklæde burde ikke være lagt til benyttelse, da der var underleverandører læbestift/makeup, som tydeligvis ikke kunne fjernes efter håndklædet var vasket.

Utmerket standard og sentral beliggenhet

Jeg booket 3 netter på Hotel Scandic Malmø City i forbindelse med en ferietur. Servicen var upåklagelig, stort og romslig rom og ikke minst svært gode senger. Rommet var dessuten utstyrt med kjøleskap, som muliggjorde innkjøp og lagring av egen mat. Frokost var inkludert med en rikholdig og variert buffé. Sist men ikke minst meget sentral beliggenhet med gåstand til de fleste attraksjoner i Malmø. Anbefales!

Kaos til morgenmad. På alle tidspunkter fra 6.30 til 10.30. Larmende børnefamilier overalt og kun åbent spiseområde. Svært at finde bord. Skrig og skrål overalt selv i fitness hvor børn er tilladt alene uden voksne gammelt interiør.
