Passing Through

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean & perfect for our one night stay. The place is dated, but wevjust needed a bargain stop to refresh, slerp, & shower.

10/10 Exceptional

This motel was quite nice for a low-budget place. Simple and minimal decor, but the necessities were all there. Beds were comfortable and it was clean. It was perfect for our one-night stay.

We had to call a number to have someone check us in. It was 8:30 and all locked up. The room was so cold we had the heater on 90 most of the night. The beds were just awfull. But the room was clean.
Janet, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

There staff was very nice and friendly. The place is a bit rundown and it appears that they are trying but it could really use some investment in updating the place.
Bryan, 1-night trip

We could not get the hot water to work during our stay. Bed was comfortable. No tissues in the room. Outdated but clean.

It did the job. But nothing great or grand. Great wasn't on in rooms at arrival.

2/10 Poor

Pictures are deceiving

The room looks like it is in the middle of a remodel that they abandoned. There isn’t a doorknob that latches, if you do not engage the deadbolt the door just opens. It did not feel safe. Because of this the door doesn’t really seal properly so the cold comes in and so does the exhaust from other guests when they decide to warm up their trucks. Felt unsafe but had no other options available in town.

Fine for sleeping

Good enough place for a one night stay and somewhere to sleep. Stayed there for the eclipse. Very cute town and would have loved to explore more. The motel is outdated but the floors look new. Very surface cleaned but could probably use a good deep cleaning. Lady at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Having a fridge and microwave was nice. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Definitely needs update on bed covers. I probably wouldn’t have stayed there for more than one night but was adequate for sleeping.

Cold night with heater running full blast ALL nigh

It was 36 degrees when we walked in to the room. The heater was off. I turned it up to the highest setting of 85 degrees and not one time the entire night did it turn off! It May have gotten up to 67 degrees. There was daylight showing on all 4 sides of the door! I figured it was there heating bill!! Other than that the room was clean.

This property is not aging well. It definitely needs a pretty big overhaul. I wouldn’t call it dirty but it’s not great either. Unfortunately it would seem much safer if the parking lot had more lighting too. They ran out of parking spots & there was no way I was parking in the back lot so I parked as close as possible on the street. Fortunately the staff was pretty amazing & goes above & beyond if possible.

Pretty dumpy place. No key card. Simply hand you a actual key. Go in room and shut door. No door weather seal. What appeared to be mold/ mildew in corner of door area. Bed is comparable to what a few layers of cardboard on the floor would feel like. Keep smelling mildew throughout the night in my cpap mask. Was supposed to stay a second night. I left the 1st morning with a terrible headache and sinuses flaring up from likely the mold/ mildew. Still not feeling well today and had to throw out my cpap mask, hose and change the filters in it to get rid of the odor. The rest of the room appeared clean. Have pictures and tried to add them but unable to get them uploaded.

8/10 Very good

Stayed here for the night on a road trip. We had an emergency and couldn’t check in until early in the morning. We got there at 1:30am and the employee was so nice. She greeted me like it was 1:39 in the afternoon. The hotel is older but well kept, clean and very reasonable. Had a nice big bathtub too. Bonus!!
