Our room and common spaces seemed clean. No icky bedspread. Front desk staff was always very helpful. There was a nice selection of options available for breakfast, and coffee and hot water for tea available all the time.
Negatives: The pool was out of order the whole time we were there, the mattress was old and tired and gave my husband a backache, and the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided are thin and cheap (bring your own if you can!) Also, even with the Hotels.com discount this place seemed pricey for what you get. Also, I didn't realize that this hotel is now owned by Choice Hotels, not the Radisson chain, which I wish I had known prior to booking.
