Major downside: there is no lift/elevator in the building, and I had two large luggage bags. Otherwise, the staff were super friendly, the location was close to everything. Given the price, I think it's a good choice to live in this hotel.

Perfect with cleanliness, location, service. The only thing is the lack of elevator. Its fine if you dont have much luggage or if you are young and dont mind taking stairs for exercise.

We liked our stay. The room had an own ac unit which was effective. The location is good. Nearest metro station is 500m away and it is easy to get to city centre by bus. There is a large fridge in the room, microwave and a kettle. The kitchen cabinets were not in good condition, some repairing works would be needed.

The room was small, but nice with kitchenette and MW oven. Bed was comfortable and the price is a good value for Singapore. I was on the fourth floor and with no elevator it meant a lot of stairs. Habyt sent me detailed instructions for late check in. The neighborhood is a mix of historic buildings and modern appts. Lots of good and affordable eating establishments close by. Both MRT and bus stops close by.

- Great location - Rooms well furnished but a bit small even though I booked a bigger room. Definitely fine for one person though. - Room was actually very clean when I checked in but housekeeping was only done weekly. - No elevator.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that. Azim and his collegues we're in good moods. Thank you. 🙂 Very nice was the small kitchen and the fridge 😀 The street there was quiet busy and therefore you could hear the street traffic. A few minutes by foot to various buses and about ten minutes to the red underground. Oret5y much zero percent communication to other guests. It's up to evaluate that for everyone self. I might come again. Greetings

Please make it a point to clearly indicate there’s no lift/elevator in the building so that the guests are prepared to bring their heavy suitcases up the stairs. Or at least offer services to help the guests bring up their luggage to their room.

I love Habyt and I always stay there as long as I can get a room. One minor thing for this time, the room floor was wet (quite a bit) when I arrived. I'm not sure it was just after clean up..but I arrived around 8pm,,,,so I wonder... anyway, thank you for giving me a good option of hotel in expensive Singapore ^^

I think the only let down part is, i put a sign up for make up my room on the 2nd day of my stay, however i went back to my room not being made up as i requested. Thats the only complain i have but quite leave a bit room of disappointment for this perfect place.

Overall, I was quite happy with how clean and nice this hotel was. Having appliances like the mini fridge, microwave, and stove was more than you can say about most hotels that are at a higher price point. The “issues” for the most part were minor, I found it kind of odd that the shower didn't have a divider between it and the rest of the bathroom so it’s absolutely inevitable that the bathroom floor is going to get soaked no matter how careful you are. There was also construction going on so it could be quite loud starting at 9am but this didn’t really pose an issue to me because when you’re on vacation you’re probably waking up early and leaving anyways. Didn’t interact with the staff a ton, but the two people I did come across were super nice and helpful! The room is on the smaller side and even with a queen bed it is more suited to one person but again, when you’re on vacation you’re not going to be spending a ton of time in your room, but despite the size the room was nice enough that it didn’t feel suffocating by any means. The AC was an absolute 10/10, definitely a necessity in hot and humid Singapore! Location wise there were tons of food options, grocery stores, drink places, a mall across the street, however it’s a bit far from most of the touristy activities, and seems to be more in a local area, however Singapore public transportation is awesome so if you don’t mind spending a bit longer on the bus, it’s totally fine. Overall, a great experience!
