Stunning

Gorgeous hotel, the interiors are really beautiful and the service from all staff was just as good. We didn't eat here but we enjoyed drinks in the courtyard, and the spa facilities.

Viaje de aniversario por Bordeaux, llegamos al hotel 3:30 y después de 15min de fila a hacemos check in para que nos digan que el cuarto no está listo. Después de tour por la ciudad, llegamos como 9:20 a que nos den un cuarto. Muy bonito pero no sirve el AC. Muchas llamadas a recepción y finalmente nos cambian de cuarto a uno muy bonito y amplio pero con mucha luz y mucho ruido pues es el último (138). El día siguiente en el bar muy lento y malo el servicio. El hotel es muy bonito y tal vez tuvimos mala suerte.

We stayed 4 days in this beautiful hotel, and it was amazing, since you enter through the door the staff is extremely kind. The facilities are modern, clean and beautiful, the rooms are elegant and very comfortable. The restaurant is excellent. It’s close of the main attractions but at the same time far from the noise.
