The hotel was wonderful. Tamara was very helpful at check in and made us feel welcomed. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is in walking distance to everything and it is in a nice safe area. We were able to participate in a paint and sip event and we had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel close to city centre (15 minutes by foot) but in quiet neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and modern and has everything you need (ironing board included). Only downside was the bed and the shower. Bed was smaller than expected (don’t let the “kingsize” fool you) and the shower didn’t work very well (hardly any water coming out).

We really enjoyed our stay! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything was within walking distance. Our room was lovely and we were glad we selected the room with a view. Our only slight inconvenience was the lack of parking but we used the Kerb app and managed to get somewhere to park 11 mins away. Overall I’m very glad we chose the NYX hotel!
