Well maintained and comfortable place to stay. Although a little tight, the room was cozy and conveniently designed. The bathtub was comfortable although the bathroom was a little tight. Friendly and professional staff, the restaurant staff are specifically courteous and considerate. The only thing I wish they had was multiple elevators, Overall, this hotel is on my list and will definitely return.

I used APA as a solo female traveler and loved it. Safe, comfortable, right next to the subway. Luggage store available, and breakfast was tasty! The hotel staff had no flexibility for customers arriving before 3 pm. They asked for a pretty hefty penalty for quecking in early. I asked the staff to travel to Europe to understand and appreciate what customer service means.
