I did not like how you reserve a room ahead of time and it’s not ready when you get there. What’s the point of the reservation if you get there and they don’t have rooms? Then they said they would get right on it to clean them, waited an hour and the room still was not started on. Went and complained and got other rooms.

las habitaciones no estaban disponibles a la hora de mi llegada que fue a las 6 pm y ni así las tenían, las regaderas con muy poca agua, sobre todo que fue una muy mala experiencia para la familia que era su primer visita en este hotel, ahora si me dejaron mucho que desear con el mal servicio creo yo que al contratar por medio de ustedes el trato que nos dan es diferente, porque ellos prefieren que sea directo en el hotel

Es un hotel que no esta cuidado , las habitaciones expuestas porque puede entrar cualquier persona al bar, eso si las piñas coladas y los cocteles super ricos , caros porque so en vaso de vidrio menos de un cuarto, el barman muy amable , pero querian limpiar el cuarto estando uno ahi, y te tenias que salir

Me gusto todo es un ambiente tranquilo y todo suoer bien, reserve por expedia y temia que pagara y no me lo hicieran valido y preferi pagar llegando, me comunique com reservaciones directo del hotel y garatice me pidieron que oagara una noche para asegurar y lo page llegando di el resto y todo fue excelente, yo no fui en carro, y super facil transportarme me salio del hotel subia al camionsito y me iba a diferentes playas, de regreso lo mismo me parecio excelente

El hotel tiene varios defectos, como las cortinas rotas, no hay agua caliente,la alberca muy nubosa y sucia,los baños no tienen ventilación y detalles en puertas y ventanas. Camas y almohadas cómodas.
