The location is not friendly but it's close to the main Highway and airport. They allowed us to check in early without extra fee 🙏 The hotel still remodeling, everything seems new, the rooms are spacious and and the bed comfortable, The floor was dirty, in our bathroom still some hair on the floor and crumbs around the table( on the floor)

the comfort inn was nice but had to wait 75 minutes for shuttle bus to be picked up , while only approx. 7minutes from airport was a bit to much ,rang hotel 4 times and everytime was told "will be there shortly."

Staff at the front desk was nice, the staff for breakfast stayed in the prep room so breakfast items never got refilled and this was at 9am in the morning, the housekeeping staff dont change the bedsheets they use lenttroller to remove hair and things that may be left on sheets see picture below for what was left in my room. Just avoided this location all together

Overall good, love the restaurant food , and the rooftop the view was pretty cool. Their breakfast could be better but overall pretty cool hotel. Also it’s a 75$ security deposit once u check in.

Not so great!

Well the fire alarms went off shortly after we had fallen asleep and we had to walk down 8 flights of steps out into the cold and rainy evening. The restaurant in the building was weird and they didn't have many of the items on the menu. The breakfast was very underwhelming for the price paid. Shuttle service was quick and reliable so pleased with that.
