Muito ruim... Não limparam o quarto, mesmo eu informando ao sair que gostaria que entrassem para fazer a limpeza. Não existia serviço de quarto. Tudo você precisa descer e as vezes já está com roupa de dormir. Super sem sentido. A única refeição que fiz foi péssima. Hiper salgada, carne esturricada e diferente do que era oferecido no cardápio. Tive que descer pra buscar também.

O atendimento, café da manhã e limpeza foram satisfatórios. O quarto, no entanto, não fiquei muito satisfeita. Fiquei em um no subsolo e havia muito barulho externo da rua onde há uma praça. A internet não funciona muito bem. Caía sempre.

O atendimento na recepção não é dos melhores. O quarto ficava na parte de baixo e praticamente não tinha janela. O Ar condicionado era de janela e não tinha regulagem. O Box do banheiro super apertado.

Hospedagem Insuficiente

A hospedagem não foi boa. Trata-se de um prédio antigo em que os quartos denominados standart não possuem janela adequada para a rua. O box do banheiro é muito pequeno e não havia dispositivo para colocar objetos como xampu ou sabonete. Não dispõe de ducha higiênica nos banheiros. O Ar condicionado é antigo (de janela) e barulhento além de estar avariado sem a chave para regular a temperatura. O cobertor de casal disponível parecia estar usado com um mal cheiro horrível. A troca foi realizada por dois de solteiro pois não tinha de casal disponível. Porém, o café da manhã é bom e o atendimento da gerente também.
