Beautiful Mardin

It was one of the better experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service for a perfect stay. The hotel service was excellent and the location was perfect. Will stay here again when im back!

A fantastic stay in Mardin. Slightly difficult to manoeuvre with cars but easily accessible by foot. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Hotel was super clean with new appliances and very well taken care of. Thank you for the incredible stay and tour of the beautiful Mardin.

Otel temiz, konforlu ve rahattı.Mimarisi de Mardin in dokusunu yasatan bir yapidaydı. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği pek tatmin edici değildi ama ürünler taze ve lezzetliydi. Konum olarak da Mardin Çarşısının göbeğine ulaşma imkanı sunuyor. Otopark konusunda da kısıtlı yere rağmen cok yardimci oldular. Genel olarak Mardin Çarşı da otopark büyük problem ama otelimizin sayesinde rahat ettik.

Otelimiz en genel olarak memnun kaldık. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcı, temizliği gayet iyi. Yastıklar çok sert ve rahatsız. Bir de Mardin'in genelinde olduğu gibi çok merdiven inip çıkmak gerekiyor otele ulaşmak için. Ama tekrar gittiğimizde yine tercih ederiz. Fiyat performans gayet iyi.
