Really lovely family hotel - fun decor, nice pool, good breakfast. Only issue is our room was very small and in the heatwave it was unbearably hot!

A very nice weekend getaway. This hotel is well located, has very friendly staff and is well kept. Clean rooms and a very good breakfast. Also the pool is nice. The only minus was having our stay during a very hot weekend and having a room at the rear side of the hotel facing evening sun - no air conditioning… we still slept well!

Pool and outside seating a godsend

Had a relaxing stay, fabulous breakfast even though it was extremely busy at the hotel on the Sunday. Family run hotel with mum, dad and daughters working extremely hard as it was a hot weekend so they were very busy. Swimming pool area and outside bar area was a godsend and although hotel full you could always find a lounger or chair to put your feet up on.

Lovely hotel, we would definitely return!

The hotel was lovely, very modern, gorgeous décor and impeccably clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location in Shanklin, only a street away from the lift which takes you down onto the beach and only a short walk to restaurants, gift shops and the local convenience shop. I would recommend the Q Hotel if you are planning on visiting Shanklin :-)

Our stay at the Q overall was lovely. The hotel its self is of a high standard. The decor is amazing and the breakfast is banging. My only gripe would be the room. It was very small and there wasn’t a lot of room to move around. The free standing tele is so big, it takes up to much room. The basin was in the bedroom. The shower was very small. I think more attention needs to be put into the rooms to give more space to customers. Probably, easier said than done in an old building. But, saying that we would stay again. The staff were great and very friendly. Thank you.

The hotel was clean and tidy, just lacked parking and somewhere to sit when in your room. The room was occupied by a very largd TV but would have preferred somewhere to sit. There were also times that hotel staff presumed people knew how things worked, for example getting into ghd hotel after it had been locked and how breakfast works in the morning.

This charming boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out—especially the kind receptionist who helped with my luggage after a long journey. The garden is beautifully kept, featuring loungers and a partial sea view, while the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were perfect for relaxing. One small downside: a few guests took towels and blankets, which was disheartening, especially for a family-run place that puts so much care into every detail. Breakfast was a highlight. As someone who’s gluten- and lactose-free, I was impressed by how easily and kindly the staff accommodated me—and the food was delicious. My room was spotless, the shower worked perfectly, and I appreciated the personal touch of the animal-loving owners. I’d absolutely return. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a welcoming retreat with heart

Very nice area and clean an modern hotel staff are very helpful and welcoming ... only downfall was the restaurant was closed when it wasnt stated prior it will be. Otherwise breakfast was really nice... comfy and clean rooms but very surprised to see the bathroom sink out in the bedrooms and even that wasnt stated anywhere on the hotel page when booking and that was something i know i didnt like about the room. Otherwise its a beautiful hotel. The hot tub an sauna was really nice but take note the hot tub is outside on the deck but in a private area. Overall definitely recommended
