Decent hotel, with good value for money

The hotel is very basic and the rooms are quite old styled. This hotel is good for a business stay in downtown San Francisco, not really recommended for holidays or long hours spent in the room. The neighbourhood is in line with downtown SF. Personnel is nice and helpful. Acceptable value for money, overall

The room with two double beds was tiny. The rooms are in desperate need of updating. The water temp in the shower was very hard to control. You have to be buzzed in the front door any time you come in. The counter staff are not very friendly.

Wonderful stay felt very safe inside the hotel. This is probably the best cleaning service I have seen you can literally smell the detergent and softener of the sheets when you walk in and the smell of cleaning products which made me and my partner feel so safe getting into the bed. The staff was so kind and helpful. There was a convience store right next to the hotel which was convenient for water and other forgotten necessities. Would definitely come back wish more hotels were like this one!
