Everything was spotless, the staff was very welcoming, the room was quiet and had all we needed, the bed was extremely comfortable, and breakfast exceeded expectations - plenty of options and the staff kept items stocked. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone at reception was courteous and professional. The room itself was adequate. The freezer is filled with frost. When we opened it water dripped on the floor. Things appear just generally damanged throughout the room and hotel itself which is surprising considering it is relatively new. The lobby stinks of cigarette smoke.
