A/C barely works so you will wake up sweating most days you stay here. Wi-Fi is very slow and inconsistent. It will be hard to work productively here. Staff was friendly. Location was very good. There is also a $50 fee everytime you bring an extra guest so keep that in my mind if you plan to enjoy the nightlife.

The room was very quaint (tiny) and the towel rack (aka bed) was just inches away from the shower door. My suitcase fit nicely on the stand by the door and I was easily able to squeeze in and out the door each day. The breakfast was terrific in a little cafe across the street. Service was good and the staff was very helpful.

I had a blast at Hotel Helene in Medellin! I enjoyed the intimate atmosphere of this boutique hotel. The soul of the place is quite unique with "une élégance à la française" (a french touch). The staff is also amazing: special mention to Esteban from Front Desk and Xavier from the restaurant. You can't go wrong with this hotel. I can't wait to be back myself.

Location was great. Walking distance to Parque Lleras and Provenza. Room was small but functional. Wonderful decoration and attention to detail. Service was friendly and welcoming. Great price vs value. Breakfast was included, enough to fuel you to start your day. Would definitely come back.
