Perfect room for 1 or a couple. Location is in the middle of it all in Old Town with close public transport especially the tram which does a loop around the city and if quick and effortless to take. I would definitely stay here again. If you enjoy good basic but contemporary stays this place is for you.

Room Select was perfect for our needs. Excellent location, walkable to all kinds of interesting sights. Great dining options all around. The room was clean and comfortable, the public spaces similarly welcoming, stylish, and shiny clean, and the staff was really great. When we arrived early, they stored our bags and offered to message us when the room was ready. I would absolutely stay there again if I return to Bilbao.

The location is fantastic but you can’t get dropped at the hotel. The taxi needs to drop you about 150m from the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here! Centrally located in the middle of old town. Easy walk to shops and pinxtos! The property says it has parking but we could only find an underground garage and the desk supplied us with a 10% off discount card to this. The garage was a short walk from the property. No parking in front of the building as it is a pedestrian street.

Great location. Basic, clean, adequate acommodations. The front desk clerk was curt and not so friendly but keep in mind this isn’t the Ritz Carlton. Nevertheless I’d recommend this hotel for anyone traveling on a budget and staying one or two nights.

Jorge was great. We thought the breakfast was included. But I t wasn’t A little pricey. €9 for a continental bfst. We around to the Bombon boss and got a coffee and a ham and bc cheese bagel for less than €4the hotel is in walking distance to everything. Had s great visit.

L'hotel est agréable, parfaitement situé. La chambre était au calme comme je l'avais demandé et pas coté rue en revanche l'insonorisation est vraiment le point noir de cet établissement et c'est insupportable. Ma voisine de chambre a passé sa soirée au téléphone et j'entendais presque chaque mot de sa conversation. Vraiment il faut prévoir quelque chose pour améliorer l'isolation phonique car on entend le moindre bruit dans les chambres voisines , on ne se sent pas confortable. Peut etre mettre du lambris sur les murs pour isoler. c'est dommage cet hotel avait tout pour etre parfait sinon
