The rooms were very nice. It’s a pretty new hotel. I loved the server/bartender, she was great. The bar/ restaurant area was perfect for us. We got the kids McDonald’s because they won’t eat restaurant food and we ordered from the restaurant and got drinks. Chef needs to offer kids options.

Overall nice

The stay was overall good. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. The front desk manager was overwhelmed and was vocal about it. He told us there were no king rooms available, which is what was booked, didn’t apologize, and just said there are none available so you get a queen. He also put us in a room that had an ozone treatment going and we walked into the room and breathed in some chemicals so then we had to go back down and get a new room.

I will DEFINITELY be back! We went for a show at the Helium Comedy Club and traveled about three hours. We got there and check in was fast and easy, the desk staff were great. They texted me shortly after check in to make sure everything was good. The room was so clean, the thermostat was easy to change, plenty of towels and washcloths. Later that night, I realized I forgot toothpaste and when I went down to see if I could buy it, they had some packets they just gave me. The hotel was tucked away in a nice little corner, not far from where we were going. I wish my stay had been longer so I could’ve explored a little more because the hotel was beautiful and overall clean and smelled amazing. Absolutely worth the money!

Beautiful hotel! Breakfast was amazing with variety and quality of food. Front desk staff are so friendly. Makes you want to stay here just for that. Room was clean and well kept. Nice pool with pool floats in case you forget yours. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Check out Chicagos pizza while your heat… so DELICIOUS!! Hotel is close to the Children’s museum.
