We specified a first floor room due to my physical condition and they gave us a second floor room and they don’t have elevator. The carpet is filthy with a lot of stain. The curtain in the bathroom was dirty and has mold. They gave us just one soap for two people for the first two days we stayed there. The girl at the reception was not too kind. I don’t recommend that place

少し早く着いたのですがフロントには人がいなくて部屋掃除されてる方に荷物をフロントに置かせてもらいベネチアへ出発。 すぐ近くにバスターミナルがあり便利。 食事も近くにレストランがあり問題なかったです。 ベネチアから帰ると、やはりフロントには誰もいないどころか鍵も閉まっている。 ドアに書いてある電話番号に電話して指示に従い鍵をキーボックスからだして部屋に入ることができました。 価格は納得ですが、英語が不得意な人には勧めません。
