The location was amazing. Just in the center of the city. Walkable to all the restaurants and points of interest. Hotel stuff very nice. Great customer service. We received a courtesy for our wedding anniversary. The roof top bar has an amazing restaurant with mariachi. The views are great. The room was small but everything is new and updated . Love my stay in this location.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Staff was courteous, food was good, and the location is perhaps one of the best in Puebla. Everything is within walking distance or a quick Uber/Lyft ride away! Highly recommend!

Check in was super fast and easy. I had three rooms booked and at least two of the three we were able to go check in a bit earlier. The area is very lively so music and noise can be expected but it’s not that bad. The staff are super nice and helpful and the roof top restaurant was certainly a highlight! The staff service is absolutely fantastic! The amenities are great and all tourists attractions are walking distance! The morning receptionists who checked us in and out was so sweet and courteous and the gentleman who helped us with our bags was so helpful. The restaurant Hook has great views and the cocktails are amazing. The food wasn’t great, I order my steak Medium and it came out fully cooked and dry. Our server was awesome she was very attentive.
