Our stay was amazing! The service was top-notch, and we were delighted to receive a newly renovated room. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet part of the Castle area, yet conveniently located just a one-minute walk from a supermarket and several excellent restaurants. Highly recommended for both comfort and convenience!

An Absolute Gem

Everything about the hotel was amazing. We were well taken care of by the staff upon arrival. The breakfast was fantastic, the room was impeccably clean, and the beds were comfortable. If you want to stay in a neighborhood in Venice full of locals and not day tourists, I couldn’t recommend this hotel any more. I would %1,000 stay again.

This is an old property converted to a hotel so rooms and access are not uniform and stairs are part of the experience. Outlets were sparse, but toilets were modern, and AC was comfortable.

Our front desk clerk Moustafa (sp?) was awesome. He was welcoming and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us. Unfortunately our room had mosquitos
and the alley leading to the hotel was littered with garbage.

Could not fault anything about the place. Immaculately clean, especially the en suite. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. They literally could not be kinder. Breakfast was excellent, even catered to our gluten free needs. Even after check out, held our bags for as long as we needed. We would highly recommend.

Anna, Mustafa and the woman who prepares breakfast and cleans all the rooms are delightful and so helpful! There was a problem with the hot water but the location is terrific. It’s Venice so one must take a water taxi but it’s followed by a lovely walk through the park. Thanks, folks!

Un seul bĂ©mol pour moi: nous avions une des trois chambres accolĂ©es a la salle de petit dĂ©jeuner, bruyant lors de la mise en place et Ă©troit pour sortir de la chambre sans dĂ©ranger les autres clients dĂ©jĂ  Ă  table. Ett utmÀrkt och intimt hotell i Venedig

En riktig pÀrla till boende. Hotellet ligger i en tystare del av Venedig, vilket innebÀr att du inte störs av det eviga nattlivet. Men absolut inte avlÀgset. 15-20 minuters promenad till Markusplatsen eller, om man föredrar, ett par enkla stopp med Vaporetton. Mycket bekvÀmt avstÄnd till allt. Rummet vi fick var alldeles nyrenoverat. TvÄ vÄningar dÀr det fanns en dubbelsÀng pÄ ovanvÄning och tvÄ enkelsÀngar pÄ botten. UtmÀrkt för en familj pÄ tvÄ vuxna och tvÄ tonÄringar. Frukosten var bra. Inte lika vÀlsorterad som de stora kedjorna, men mer genuint. Inget att klaga pÄ alls vad det gÀller detta. Servicen var nÄgot alldeles extra. Det var sÄ familjÀrt och nÀra att vi nÀstan kÀnde oss hemma. Fick manga bra tips i receptionen, bÄde kring vad vi kunde besöka och hur vi bÀst transporterade oss. Det enda man som gÀst bör vara uppmÀrksam pÄgÄr att det inte finns nÄgon hiss. SÄ har man svÄrt att ta trappor skulle jag kanske inte vÀlja detta. För alla oss andra sÄ rekommenderar jag detta varmt!
