Best place to shop-rest-fly
Excellent location for our last 2 days in Osaka. Walkable distance to Rinku premium outlet and the amazing Marble bach, direct bus to Aeon Mall and free shuttle bus to airport to help you handle all the luggage from your Japan shopping. The hotel also have friendly-priced buffet which the kids love, and public bath for you to melt in the hot tub. Highly recommend!

Incredible last night stay in Japan, which sits directly aside the train station that takes you to the KIX airport. Amazing easy to use luggage storage (and also available after check out time!) The Osen was really nice! And the rooftop views from the bar were a great spot. This location is also near the ocean (just a short walk), and plenty of near by convenience stores. Though not close to any restaurants, I would highly recommend for those needing one last night in Japan before leaving the country via KIX Osaka airport.

Hotel that keep everything minimal, Most the time one staff at front desk, only one telephone on each floor to contact the staff, no staff service at spa amenity, no luggage storing service, yes there is a self service luggage room for you to handle all the lock the luggage procedure ! The location is good if you go to Rinku outlet before you leave Japan , but it seems a little bit too cool to stay in this place

Nice hotel
Only one train station away from the airport. The hotel even offer shuttle bus to the airport, 10 minute drive. The shopping outlet is nearby. So the location is convenient for traveler about to depart. The public bath is magnificent. You definitely should give it a try. You can also enjoy a dinner buffet with amazing view located at the top floor. The price is fair.

The Hoshino resorts are known in Japan but this was the first time for me to stay. The check-in was easy, the path to the room was easy, the room was very quiet - I rarely heard anyone outside of the room. The room was cozy, roomy and also had separate shower section and tub in the bathroom - Japanese style. I didn't try any food - I wasn't hungry enough for the dinner and left early in the morning. The hotel is located super convenient to the near-by train station which can take you pretty much anywhere. I stayed once in near-by hotel recently, but I'd recommend this hotel highly for many reasons.

なんだかせっかくの旅行なのに気分が下がってしまった。
あの星野リゾートですのでとても期待したのですが、がっかりしました。 施設は新しく清潔で大浴場もありセルフチェックインも問題ないのですが、サービスがあまりにも無さすぎる。 アメニティを自分で取るスタイルなのですが、そもそも種類が少なすぎる。化粧水やクリームはない、緑茶のティーバッグしかない コーヒーくらい置いてほしい、宿泊料金安くはないのですから。 部屋の水道水は飲めないのですが、ペットボトルの水もなく、飲み水は汲みに行かないといけません。 パジャマや部屋着も部屋にありません。有料貸し出しです。 エレベーターも6基もあるのに、くるのがものすごく遅いです。 大浴場のドレッシングスペースには椅子が2個しかありません。混んでいると立ったままドライヤーをしなければなりません。こんな事は他で見たことがありません。 他のビジネスホテルの方がよっぽど低料金で良いサービスが充実しています。 それと大浴場に大型モニターって必要ですか？インバウンドには好評なんですかね。 こんな残念な滞在はありませんでした。
