Downsides are the parking (hotel should publish that there is public car park nearby with directions to save customers driving around endlessly looking for parking in the restricted hotel parking facilities) and the restaurant on Sunday night was understaffed totally full and chaotic

We couldn’t fault the hotel, the room was lovely , service staff for the rooms , were very polite and did a fantastic job, Breakfast was great, everything was there you needed, plenty of food and tea and coffee, waiting staff were fantastic We had a lovely evening meal as well, very nice and pleasant evening . Reception staff were lovely and polite and cheerful. Car was safe in hotel car park , We very much enjoyed our stay , we will be back . Thank you

A lovely hotel right on the sea front with excellent views across the bay. The hotel is conveniently situated for rail and bus links. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. Recommend the superior privilege rooms at the front with sea view. There is parking at the hotel.This is our 4th stay at this hotel.
